The ICF Global Coaching Study was launched on September 22, 2006, with close to 30,000 coaches invited to participate. When the survey closed on December 5, 2006, 5,415 respondents from 73 countries had participated; thus, providing the ICF with a truly global perspective and valuable baseline data on the coaching profession as a whole.
This business, career and personal improvement program is designed for people who already know the direction they wish to pursue in life. The aim of coaching is to aid you in achieving your clearly defined goals and to this end, I will design an individualized, tailor-made Plan of Action.
The main focus of my Personal Coaching is firstly, to teach small-business owners and business executives how to identify and optimize their existing skills. Secondly – and this can be a very exciting time – how to find those latent abilities and assets you may have been overlooked for years!
Personal Coaching is an excellent way to receive active, focused support in identifying alternative approaches and more effective or undiscovered resources/relationships which will provide that elusive missing link for your business or career success.
