I begin by being concerned with responding or reacting to the situation. I notice that I look for alternative options and even activities to do instead of the challenge at hand.

I will procrastinate which allows my minjd to look for answers. Sometimes I will drop the matter and ask for help from others around me or those that are involved in the issue if this is a group matter.

    What are your processes?
