Season’s Greetings to all. As we head on into 2020 what are your hopes, dreams and expectations of what you will accomplish? Perhaps a tangent thought taken from an event can put things in perspective.

Our perspectives and intentions are cultivated from social, cultural and economic roots tend to affect our personal interpretations and by extension our actions when it comes to a code of ethics. One simply needs to read about, if you have not already done so, the misdeeds of the world’s oldest bank, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA, for falsifying its accounts in collusion with Deutsche Bank AG and Nomura Holdings Inc. 

One might say that given the environment you find yourself in, we are prone to act in our own best self interest! Interesting, no matter the cost to our communities.
