What approach are you using to build trust?

      In all manner of systems, there are preferred ways in which to achieve one’s objectives.
      We can approach any given process by being mechanical, unconsciously competent or
      incompetent, autocratic and indifferent. A simple conceptual approach can be explained in
      terms of cooperative or non-cooperative intentions. We all approach engagement because
      we want something.

      The challenge then is to do so in a manner that the other parties to a conversation feel
      Valued, can trust the parties and ultimately feel that the encounter was a good experience.
      Hence they walk away with getting something out of the conversation or the effort they
      put forth. The question is, how are your last encounters been? Both from our own point of
      view and that of the other parties if asked?
